Using Amity you can access a range of useful apps, trackers, and information to help you better manage your health and wellbeing, and any medical conditions you have.
You can also use your NHS login to view your GP health record, and depending on what online services your GP surgery supports, you may also be able to book and review your GP appointments online.
Through Amity, it is also possible to create your own virtual support circle of those people you would like to keep informed about your health and care.
