Amity is at a very early stage of development so many of the features currently available will be further enhanced as the online service is developed.
As part of these plans, pilots are currently underway with early adopters to digitally send patient correspondence, such as appointment letters, so that this information can be securely viewed and stored by patients using Amity.
Development work is also underway to create a questionnaire builder within Amity that can be used by healthcare professionals to design patient questionnaires for completion through Amity.
Future plans also include NHS app integration and the establishment of local longitudinal records through information sharing and integration.
