Amity is currently being piloted by early adopter patients in several NHS hospitals across Cheshire and Merseyside, who are using the service to view copies of their digital hospital appointment letters.
Please note: This service is currently only available for patients of participating NHS hospitals in Cheshire and Merseyside.
From Amity, select the 'My Health' tab and choose the 'Documents' option.
From here you can see if a new document has been received by the green 'New' tab.
Select 'View document' to view the letter.
The document is available for you to view online, download, and print.
The documents are stored in a document library where you can filter by date.
You have the option to turn off this feature if you do not want to receive documents electronically in the future.
