Personalise your experience of Amity

To help ensure you get the most benefit from Amity, the site can be tailored to match your health and wellbeing needs by completing a short questionnaire. Amity uses this information to personalise the content of the site, so that we can best support your health and wellbeing, and experience of Amity, by drawing your attention to content that is relevant and of interest to you. 

How to personalise your experience of Amity

To personalise your experience of Amity, go to your account details and select 'Personalise'.  

A chatbot will ask you a number of questions about your health including current medications, allergies and lifestyle. It will also ask for your postcode in order to help locate your GP surgery. If your GP surgery is not displayed, you can enter this information manually. 

Once added, an overview of the information you have provided will be displayed, along with any additional medication information that has been provided by your GP surgery (accessible through your NHS login). 

Information can be added or amended at any time by selecting the 'Personalise' option from within your account information.
