Use trackers to monitor your health and wellbeing

From Amity, you can monitor your health and wellbeing using a range of trackers for sleep, mood, pain, weight, and more. You can also set goals and discover patterns from the data you enter over a period of time. 

How to use trackers to monitor your health and wellbeing 

From Amity, select the 'Track' tab. 

From here you can view all of the available trackers for managing your health and wellbeing. These currently include mood, sleep, problem, pain, weight, daily steps, and waist circumference. 

You can choose to turn off any trackers that you do not wish to use. These will be displayed as inactive and will be hidden from the tracker dashboard. You can 'turn on' these trackers at any time so that they appear active within the tracker dashboard. 

To start using a tracker, select the tracker name such as 'mood' from within the menu bar. From here, you will be able to read useful information about how to use the tracker and you will be able to start inputting information. 

From the 'Track' tab you can also define goals, record a diary and note down any coping strategies you are using to support your health and wellbeing.  From this information, over time you can build up a picture of your health and wellbeing - what can impact this and help improve the way you are feeling.
